Checking Out at the Check Out

I was up at Als again this morning. Didn't see Patricia Heaton again.

As I'm sure we all do, I was checking out the stuff the person in front of me was buying. I do this to try and figure out what they could be cooking. Today the woman had me well baffled. Essentially she had 4 packs of chicken gizzards and hearts and 2 large bottles of coke. I had really no idea what she was planning with that lot, so I turned to the Internet for comfort. And I came up withthis recipe, for Chicken Gizzard Candy with Ketchup and Coke. There is some wierd stuff on the Internet, I can tell you.
